Our Director of Facilities keeps leased hangars clean, stocked (oil, cloths, cleaning supplies, beverages) and manages operational needs from snow removal to door maintenance — we manage it for you. -
Flight Circle Integration
We use Flight Circle for real-time tracking of aircraft availability, hobbs and tach time hours, maintenance squawks, pilot qualifications, scheduling of maintenance, and more.
What’s in the Leaseback Agreement?

Aircraft Usage We estimate 175–250 hobbs hours annually per aircraft, with usage depending on type and demand. Each agreement has a minimum monthly usage commitment for guaranteed income.

Member-to-Aircraft Ratio
We cap membership based on fleet size to ensure high availability and responsible usage. -
Tailored Agreements
Minimum usage commitments, cost coverage, and lease terms are reviewed case-by-case to fit your aircraft type and ownership goals. - Requirements for Checkout by Member Pilots
You control requirements to fly your aircraft based on qualification set by you the owner and agreed and managed by the club. These can be discussed as part of your agreements.
